An alien drag queen space traveller (Lee Lee Loo Loo) follows her space commander and heterosexual crossdresser, Hoo Hoo Ha Ha (Hal Kellar), to Earth after he aborts their space mission and makes an unauthorized journey to our planet. He travels to Pittsburgh where he has a diabolical plan to find Christina Aguilera, hypnotize her and other women of his choice, to start a new race and his own civilization he will rule over. Lee Lee crash lands near a Pittsburgh college campus and meets Josh Gibb (Brian T). Together Josh and Lee Lee set out to save the city and stop Hoo Hoo from fulfilling his twisted fantasy. Inspired by the motion picture "Xanadu", Dragzania goes where very very few men have gone before and could ever imagine. In Part 6, Lee Lee Loo Loo challenges Hoo Hoo and Josh bargains with Hoo Hoo in a basketball game of one-on-one. If Josh defeats him, Hoo Hoo has to leave the city alone and spare Earth of Hoo Hoo's sinister madness.
