【新唐人2009年1月5日訊】據中共官方發佈的資料顯示，去年中國房價跌幅最多前四名城市是深圳、廣州、南京、重慶。本臺記者近日採訪了南京和重慶的房地產仲介業者，他們表示，從事房地產行業的工作人員已經減少了一半，開發商推出的新樓盤都降價促銷，未來，房價還是看跌。重慶房地產經紀人楊剛表示，重慶的房價二零零七年是翻倍的漲，金融危機的衝擊對內地二線城市來說比較小，目前房價跌幅不到一成，未來還是看跌。 楊剛說：「重慶趨勢的話，也有一點跌幅，金融危機的話對於我們內地來說，從新型的直轄市來說，影響也是有的，但是影響不是很大，也就是說，零九年，總體趨勢來看，相信也還是跌這一塊。」重慶房地產經紀人段明洪表示，重慶二零零七年的價格和成交量都達到歷史高點，這個行業有一半的人都失業了。 段明洪說：「比如說，員工的數量，零八年和零七年相比的話，減少了一半，這一半的員工就是沒有飯吃嘛。零八年的交易量相對說，次於零七年，相對說價格偏低了一點。 」南京房地產經紀人陳先生表示，南京的房價郊區跌的比較多，去年以來跌了二成多。 陳先生說：「新房跌幅可能會使折扣比較大一些，郊區跌的比較多一點，就是江北、江寧跌的多一點，大概要四千多，現在跌到三千多吧。 」南京房地產經紀人許桂芳表示，最近南京市廿四個商品房集體在打折促銷，郊區的折扣打到八折。 許桂芳說：「開發商到年底了要回款壓力，一次性付款，在南京打九六折的比較多，九八折的比較多，其實要看一些地點了，開發商就是做一個推銷期嘛。」新唐人記者陸芳、熊斌採訪報導。其他推薦:神韻晚會－神韻藝術團全球巡演http://www.DivinePerformingArts.org/New Tang Dynaty Televisionhttp://english.ntdtv.com芭蕾舞蹈家鍾愛古典舞的美好和諧http://cntv.us/zh/view/18527/
